This is a marketing website. You’re welcome to read it, share it, and get in touch. Just don’t try to break it, scrape it abusively, or pass our work off as your own. We offer it as-is and can’t promise it’ll be perfect or always online.
Agreeing to these terms
By using curiossa.com, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — just don’t use the site. We may update these terms now and then; see “Changes” below.
Using the site
Use the site for normal, lawful things: learning about Curiossa and our products, reading our writing, and getting in touch. Please don’t:
- try to break, overload, hack, or disrupt the site;
- scrape or harvest it in ways that hurt performance or ignore reasonable limits;
- use it to do anything illegal or to harm others;
- misrepresent who you are when you message us.
Our content
The text, design, logo, the peeking cat, and everything else on this site belong to Curiossa LLC unless we say otherwise. You’re welcome to quote or share reasonable bits with credit, but you can’t copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own.
Our products and third-party links
Curiossa builds separate products, each with its own terms and prices. Using one of those is governed by its own agreement, not this one. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience — we’re not responsible for what lives on them.
The site is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep things accurate and online, but we can’t promise the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date. We provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Curiossa isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website. In short: it’s an informational site, so please don’t rely on it as professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled under those laws.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and our products evolve. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you’re okay with the new version.
